3. How to Return an Item

  2. Securely package the item in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and paperwork included.

Please note that the return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., a damaged or defective item).

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days of receiving your return.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our end, such as receiving a defective or incorrect item.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to product availability. 7. International Returns

For customers located outside the United States, please note that you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is safely delivered to us. Additionally, please keep in mind that international returns may take longer to process due to customs and shipping delays.
